Single item orders (excluding poppets) are charged at a fixed rate as follows:

Standard Delivery (Australia): $ 10.95

Express Delivery (Australia): $ 14.45

Poppets are shipped in cardboard boxes which add to the shipping weight. The fixed rate for the purchase of a single poppet is: therefore:

Standard Delivery (Australia): $ 14.95

Express Delivery (Australia): $ 18.95

For multiple item orders, postage charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the combined weight of the package.

Please note that any customs duties or taxes payable at the destination will be to the customer’s account.

In order for Australia Post to ensure delivery before Christmas, orders must be received by MIDDAY AEST on the following dates:

For standard shipping to all Australian States & Territories (other than WA, NT & TAS): 20 December 2024.

For standard shipping to TAS: 19 December 2024. For WA: 18 December 2024. For NT: 16 December 2024.

For express shipping to all Australian States & Territories (other than WA, NT & TAS): 23 December 2024.

For express shipping to NT, TAS and WA: 20 December 2024.

Tracking is automatically included for all orders within Australia.

Australia Post automatically covers loss or damage suffered whilst your goods are being carried by them up to a value of AUD$100. If you would like extra cover for orders exceeding AUD$100, please purchase the cover here and it will be added to your order at checkout. Extra cover within Australia costs AUD$2.95 for every extra AUD$100 of cover.

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. In the event that there is any problem, please contact me within 7 days of delivery of the item and I’ll do my very best to resolve it. Should the item need to be returned the buyer will be required to post it within 14 days and meet the cost of return postage (which will be refunded if the return is as a result of a fault with the product). Once the returned item is received and checked, I will process a full refund of the invoice price.
